Set on the pristine Pantai Cenang beach, Casa del Mar - meaning 'Home by the Sea' in Spanish - is a mediterranean-style resort just 10 minutes from Langkawi airport. A few minutes walk from the resort are a multitude of restaurants, night spots, shopping outlets and night market.
Room refurbishment
After a complete refurbishment in 2011, the new rooms feature additional storage space, timber flooring, new lighting, new “heavenly” type of beds, new furniture and curtains. Timber decking were laid at the porch and terrace area, existing glass panels and entrance door replaced with glass sliding door, enable guests to enjoy the sea breeze. Other room amenities include power socket panel with universal adaptor next to the working desk, wall mounted flat screen TV and iPod docking station. A dedicated area at the lounge now feature a separate shower, for checked out guests who are on late flight.

| Covering 70 square meters in area the Casa Seaview Deluxe Suite has entry into the living room which is furnished with a lounge suite, separate seating area and 42” LCD screen television. Sliding floor to ceiling picture windows open onto a large balcony facing the sea and furnished with seating and drinks table and a hammock. The parqueted bedroom has the luxury of a dressing area including dressing table, sofa and IPod docking station. The four poster bed at the far end of the room has a 37" LCD screen television and faces the second balcony overlooking the beach. A spacious bathroom includes a double vanity. |
