La Sal's Beverage Menu includes an extensive wine, spirit and cigar lists although the key feature is our cocktail list that balances classics and innovative concoctions. Our cocktail concepts is to have a kitchen philosophy in our bar and believe that by using fresh juices, local fruits, herbs and spices, infused spirits and put together with friendly flare. Some of these cocktails have been paired with food for an experience rarely seen. Whether you want a Bellini at sunset on a daybed or pre dinner martini, there is a cocktail. Bubbles - presented in a champagne flute. 5 Spiced Poached Apple & Cinnamon Mojito Raisin & Cinnamon Infused Bacardi w. Fresh Lime, Mint Leaves muddled w. brown sugar & poached Apple & topped w. Soda Tom Yam Martini This is a super dry Martini and not for the faint hearted. Lemongrass, Galangal, Kaffir Lime & Ginger infused Vodka w. Chili & Coriander infused Vodka.
