Your first view of Casa del Mar as you arrive by our air-conditioned
transfer. Only 7 minutes from the airport, passing by paddy plantations.
|
| Once you walk in the doors you'll notice that we're not big on lobbies at Casa del Mar. It's more of a living room where
you can settle in after your journey, enjoy a fruit punch, a cold towel and a chat with the manager who is keen to meet all arrivals and
answer questions about the Island and the resort. |

Once the paperwork is out of the way it's off to your room via the Patio and the pool,
pausing briefly on the way, to mentally select your sun-bed for an afternoon read under the coconut grove. |
| Our Deluxe rooms all face the sea; have their own patio at the front from which you can enjoy the view with
light refreshment. |

We have two junior suites and they are on the first floor. They have four-poster beds, an additional lounge area
and a double vanity in the bathroom. |
| We also have two deluxe suites on the first floor. They too have four-poster beds, an additional dressing
room area as well as a separate room for the lounge area. |

Then it's a matter of deciding what to do …
 Book a spa treatment |
 Have a club sandwich
|
Contemplate a walk on the beach |
Dive into a daiquiri, perched on a barstool
|
Planning tomorrow ..............
 Canoe up the mangroves
|
 Walk in the forest
.30 metres up!!!
|
 soak up a sunset
|
 or two
|
 A beachside moonlit dinner
|
 The lamb gets rave reviews
as do many others
|

Flanked by racks of red wine and cabinets of Havana's finest cigars, the opulent atmosphere of the wine room
is just the place to recover from dinner. Set the world to rights engulfed in an overstuffed sofa, a smouldering
Cuban Cohiba in one hand and a balloon of Hennessy XO in the other.

Perhaps a moonlit stroll along the beach and maybe even a final nightcap on the patio of your room.We have recently
installed CD / DVD / MP3 players in all the rooms so you can sit on your patio soaking up the sound of the night
and your favourite tunes sipping on a glass of something special.
