Stop the motorbikes and car's driving along beach. I saw one close encounter between truck and sunbather. Otherwise its very hard to see how you could improve on one you do now. All your staff work very hard and are credit to your hotel.

Fantastic hotel in Langkawi! The only area of improvement needed is the wireless capability in the room (guest room). We enjoyed our accommodation immensely. Five star quality.

We enjoyed the company of the cats too :) Beautiful resort! All staff was very friendly ,rooms, restaurant, beach very clean and well maintained. Love the extras,Bedding/pillows selection, ice water an fruit on beach, snacks in room etc. We will be back!

Probably consider getting a selection of firmer pillows. Casa del Mar has a great team of committed staff that go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable!

Our stay was amazing. Definitely your staff is your best asset. The only problem was the pollution at the island we went to visit. The place was amazing but was impossible for relaxing in a place with thousand of garbage. I recommend!! Go and ask about the pollution before do the island hoping. Will be better long stay enjoying the ocean in front of the motel.

It was a shame to see the pool over spill (grates) were dirty with slimy mold on the white grates and in the pool on some tiles. The pool really need to be cleaned more often and more thoroughly.  We were extremely grateful for the late check out (5pm)as we had a very late flight out at Langkawi. This kind gesture from the manager made our stay unforgetable. Thank you.

Improve speed of service in restaurant and bar - for example we were ignored when we wanted to order a drink and 2 tables were served before us at breakfast that had arrived after us. Shower pressure could also be improved.


Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay - an extremely well equipped bedroom and lovely touches such as flowers + chocolate for our honeymoon. The cleanliness of bathroom need to be improved. Toilet bowl always tucked with toilet paper. The spa is especially great. The smile of all the staff are great & friendly.

Breakfast was good but inconsistent. Don't put aoil/may on food - put it on the side wardrobe/safe area very awkward t get out. 1. Appreciated the little 'extras' - coffee machine, fruit in room snacks around pool. 2. Staff are great.
