very enjoyble stay,relaxing ,excellent and friendly staff

we had to check out at 11.am while our flight was at 10 pm,while we could have rested. The staff is great but most of them did't know that we were guest of the resort while our guest told us you are very very into the guest .fantastic it was great stay.

There isn't a thing. Being given the GMs personal no when your wife is unwell is very comforting (raked my brain). 1 tiny thing ,girls love the cinnamon soap and alternative for the guys is the only thing i can come with. Casa del Mar is almost perfect ,we say almost as these is always room to improve ,not sure how casa del mar will do this but we are certain they will.. That's why we will be back we like to see improvement on perfection.

Please consider making the indoor and outdoor restaurant area non smoking during meal times,this is now common is many countries..please also consider non smoking sun bed areas. all the staff are welcoming fantastic and helpful

More of the same. Air condition are a bit noisy when on high and hot water run out too quickly ,sometime but these not been major issue. Currently is great and up grate will only make better..staff is gr4at and give attention to detail & little touches are perfect

The Best spot in Langkawi

Don't Change too much.I know you are renovating but don't make it too modern.Love all the little touches like spa shampoo,cookie &peanuts also love the fresh coffee in the room. You have get it just about right here.your staff seem friendly and must be happy working here and that says a lot. we will be back later this year ,thanks for every thing.

really disappointing not to have experience the sunset cruise. Maybe a softer pillow( but thanks just me). Absolutely fantastic place if you get chance to come here ,you wont be disappointing. Staff are wonderful cant do enough for u

Rain shower should be higher,I'm 6't. Excellent place for honeymoon or quitgateway.Staff are friendly and special praise for chiko at front desk,who bright smile realy was a great daily greeting
