Noise reduction of the air conditioner in the bedroom would be great! Increase security at the beach borders. Cars and motorbikes at the beach is not pleasant at all!!  Great service!

1. More hot water for a bath please. 2. Poor reliability of Casa 1 Internet whereas Casa 3 was good but not told to try Casa 3 by staff. A fantastic hotel in an idyllic setting. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful, especially Halim. We will definitely return and recommend to friends.

We had an excellent time at Casa del Mar. Service was best. We have experienced and it is the little extras & the way you take that the time to ensure we enjoyed. Fantastic staff always very helpful and apologetic if thing go wrong. We would book you again when we return to Langkawi.

We had the most amazing stay. the staff are amazing my only feedback would be the same of the younger workers aren't as prompt at serving, however this isn't a terrible thing. All in all we give 10 out of 10 for everything. Thank you everyone at Casa Del Mar. Also no hot water on last day :(

Gym facilities could be upgraded and expanded. But everything was outstanding - Thank you for taking care of all the little things and giving such fantastic service. Our stay was outstanding in every regard, giving us a romantic and luxurious honeymoon that we'll never forget. A huge thank you to your warm and wonderful staff, you're been amazing.

Great hotel and great location. I really enjoyed the hotel and its SPA facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms with the Ocean view are great, however the pool side rooms are very convenient. Note that the second story rooms can be a bit of a pain as there isn't any elevators so if you have allot of luggage it can be a bit painful.

We enjoyed a great dinner on the beach compliments of the hotel...the food was good and I would say that its worth the expense.

Room Tip: Avoid the second floor rooms as its difficult to drag luggage up and down the stairs

Bathroom amenities - toothbrush. La Sal Restaurant on the beach there shouldn't any children running around while we were eating.

It was great the wholestay. The Island Hoping was super. The staff always friendly and helpful. A special thank to the cleaners(turndown service was excellent) and for the chefwho made an excellent La Luna dinner, even with my long list of allergies, Well Done!!

Towel - Equivalent of bath mat to be place at each side of bed at turndown. Ac - too noisy for night. Pool next to breakfast area to be cleaned early. Mint in mojito stayed too long in water. Dinner slow service. Some guests keep taking photos with flash continuously spoiling the atmosphere of candle light dinner experience. We would like to thank the friendly and respectful staff & extra attention on the beach and pool area.

Better variety for breakfast. Better parking facilities. If possible please make an access way from Bakau down to beach/pool, currently need to go down from the road & back thru the frontdesk.

Right side of beach, near Kayak and Katamaran, a lots of rubbish is near the fence. Repair of umbrella at some sunbeds and chain in the sea. They did a very good job over 14 days we stay at the resort
