During the course of processing your information, it may be necessary to transfer the data to HPL Hotels & Resorts affiliates, other managed hotels and/or third party service providers for the purpose outlined within this Privacy Statement.  We do not sell, rent or give physical possession of this personal information to unaffiliated third parties outside the HPL Hotels & Resorts group.

HPL Hotels & Resorts may disclose your information in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

Although we cannot promise “guaranteed security” on or off the Internet, we safeguard your information using both procedural and technical measures such as password controls, ‘firewalls’ and the use of 128-bit encryption based on a Class 3 Digital Certificate issued by Thawte. This allows for the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption method used to help prevent interception and hacking while in transit.

While appropriate security measures are taken, we also advise all to exercise caution against suspicious links and refrain from making payments on unverified third-party websites, and to report any fraudulent transactions to your bank immediately. HPL Hotels & Resorts will never request sensitive information or payments via email, text messages, or unverified channels. Our business and operations models require us to share your personal information with other properties, group companies or service providers that may be located in countries situated in locations that are different from those of our guests and customers.
